Our ranch focuses on raising, breeding, showing and selling quality alpacas and llamas, producing quality fiber for arts & crafts, knitting, felting, etc.
We do occasionally accept reservations for photo opportunities and meet & greets with our animals.

Misfit Ranch's Philosophy

At Misfit Ranch we strive to continue to improve the breed. We concentrate on conformation and fiber (staple length, crimp, luster, and consistency). We love a variety of colors, which make beautiful final products from natural fiber!. We do focus on grey and black alpacas and have several True Black foundation females and a young Light Silver Grey herdsire that has 7 crias on the ground (2 light - medium grey males, 2 light rose grey females, 1 light silver grey female, 1 dark brown male, and 1 bay black male) and have several pregnant females due early 2021.
We are "newer" to the industry, have begun showing our animals, and have had some wonderful mentors (well known in the industry) to guide us in our breeding program.
